Refund policy

All our flowers are made-to-order and cut to size. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds unless faulty.

If you're unhappy with your flowers, we accept exchanges or gift vouchers. 

The return delivery cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition.
